First impressions are lasting...so everyone wants to look their best at court! You will be expected to dress your best, too.
The pictures on this page exhibit appropriate attire for our mock trial. They are examples of what you should strive for. However, I understand that most of you do not yet own professional attire. If you have a suit, wear it. If you don't, please do not feel that you must go out and purchase new clothing for the trial. Just follow these guidelines:
Male:

Nice, neat pants or khakis

Neat button-down collared shirt (wear with a tie, if possible), polo shirt, and/or sweater

Suit jacket or sport coat

Neat, clean shoes (if shoes have laces, lace them!)
Female:

Nice, neat pants, skirt, or dress (wear hosiery with skirt or dress)

Nice, neat blouse or top

Suit jacket or sweater

Both male and female:

Neat appearance

No T-shirts

No denim

No sneakers

Also, if it's against school dress code, it's not allowed at mock trial!
